Hesedev is not a twenty-person collective. It is one founder who learned to build enterprise-grade software with AI, accumulated thirteen finished products, and decided that keeping them in a drawer served no one.

September 2025
ComparaFin — the first repository
A B2B financial product comparison platform begins: API, web panel and mobile app. 449 commits. This is where you learn that rigor is not optional.
October 2025
VineaGo — the second
A small-group management system for church communities: mobile app for leaders, web panel and API. 538 commits. The first product designed to be handed to whoever operates it.
February 2026
The factory is born
Instead of one repo per product, a single multi-tenant engine with reusable modules. Eleven products come out of it sharing a core: invoicing, marketplace, AI agent, clinic, mobility, privacy, personal finance.

First client in production
Clínica Profamilia runs BiuxClinic on its own domain. It stops being a demo: there are patients, signed prescriptions and a real schedule running on the engine.

Hesedev opens
Thirteen products built, fourteen services in production, one founder. Now comes what cannot be done alone: finding the people who will take these seeds and grow them.

Six things we won't budge on.
These are not slogans. They are the rules we apply when a project has to be turned down, or when someone with money wants something that is not right.
Mission over metrics
We don't measure clicks, engagement, or sessions. We measure people served, time saved, informed decisions. If the pretty metric doesn't translate into real life, we don't chase it.
Handover is the deliverable
We train whoever receives the product so they can maintain it. If we cannot leave, we do not take the project.
Sustainable, without luxury
There is no payroll to meet today: there is one founder. Paid work sustains the work we give away. When there is a team, it will be paid well and it will be said here.
Zero corporate overhead
No office, no events, no offsites. Every dollar that comes in goes to producing or sustaining something useful.
Saying no
We reject projects that conflict with the mission, sponsors who want to influence editorial agenda, or technology we can't ethically maintain. Saying no sustains us.

One real person.
No invented team. Today Hesedev is one founder and the AI tools that let him sustain thirteen products. As it grows, people will appear here with names and roles.
